Production activities and processes implemented in the plant are based on the principle of protection by way of recycling of natural resources. Recycling of waste papers means that a source of cellulose corresponding to thousands of trees is re-used in our plants every year. Another feature of our processes is that our production plants run with 100% recycled water and our liquid discharge is nil.
- We never compromise the principle of prevention of environmental pollution in every field of operations.
- We are intent on applying ISO 9001 and 14001 standards to maintain continued compliance to such principles.

Onduvilla is a completely waterproof system, does not crack due to its flexibility , does not rust, is resistant to UV, is not affected by chemical or biological materials and being an eco-friendly product, does not necessitate maintenance.

System Bardoline
Bardoline is a shingle type light roofing material manufactured from glass fiber reinforced base saturated in high quality Bitumen, covered with various colors of granulated minerals (slate).
It is ideal for 30 % or more pitched roofs. however it can be used on low pitched roofs and vertical surfaces when required.
System Bituline
The System Bituline’s scope is the use of torch applied modified bituminous waterproofing membranes Bituline and its accessories in various waterproofing needs. Bituline membranes are used for waterproofing of flat and low sloped roofs, terraces, wet surface floorings, underground surfaces such foundations, basements and pools, roof gardens or of particular engineering structures such as multistorey parkings, highway or railway bridges. Special ceramic slates and a unique fixing system, designed by Onduline Avrasya and developed with the contribution of Seramiksan, provide a new technology which allows to equip a classical, durable, resistant and aesthetical building material with all technical specs required for roof applications and to install them without the use of cement or any other adhesives. San Marco Tiles
San Marco tiles are produced by Terreal Italia making part of the Terreal Group which is active in 30 countries like Spain, France, USA apart from Italy. Terreal Group and Terreal Italia produces from high quality clay, roofing & siding tiles, city furnitures as well as decorative floor tiles and accessories which are indispensable elements of architecture.
San Marco tiles are being manifactured in 3 factories; two in North Italy and one in the center. As far as technology is concerned San Marco factories in Italy are considered to be equipped with the most advanced tile technology and on Europe scale as one of the leadings.
Onduline Avrasya a result of its cooperation with Terreal Italia, has further widened its product range by importing for the 1st. time in Turkey into local market Italian tiles. (*)

Ardoise-Slate: The Prestigious Roofing Material of Europe
Ardoise is the French term for a natural stone which geologists denominate as "Slate", or "Schiefer" in German. Slate roofs form an attractive prestigious roof covering whose durability has been proved over hundreds of years of use in Europe. This experience guarantees an attractive long lasting roof covering.
Slate is a quarried natural stratified stone which is hewn into thin plates of 5 to 7mm in thickness. Conventional slate roofing systems are formed from two overlapping layers laid with wide end laps. As a result, the system requires a considerable number of expensive slates per m² in order to form a finished roof. For this reason, asphalt shingles have been developed as the economic and popular imitation of the slate roof finish.
The worldwide sales of roofs covered with slates in 2003 were 30,000 mil m²; 92% of which were in Europe, 5% in the USA and 3% in the rest of the World. The European demand for slates is highest in France, followed by Spain, Germany and Great Britain, with the overall sales demand for slates increasing by 3% per annum.
